Hey so I figured out a workaround for this. On the mobile app I'm logged in with my TikTok account, and in Capcut I went into "Manage Account" and linked my Facebook account. When I went back into the PC application, I signed in with Facebook and it worked. It's the TikTok sign in. I clicked "google" before and it made a whole separate account which is annoying. I'm not sure if this is a recent update that broke it because I've seen that exact youtube video when searching for a solution and the option is definitely there. (that was a post from 3 months ago though) I'm lucky to already have a facebook account though it really shouldn't require someone to have one just to log in like that. Either way, I hope this helps for now until they get this fixed! Answer from ether667 on reddit.com

Hey y’all! If u haven’t figured this out yet I would suggest signing in with the QR code for the PC. I was literally trying to search about this and came upon the thread. But I tried the QR code and it link my TikTok account and everything.

Long story short I just subscribed to CapCut pro so that I could use a couple features in the PC version, however, I can't even log into my account. My only options are to sign in with Facebook (I don't have a Facebook account) or Google Account. My CapCut ID that I bought PRO with isn't tied to either, but instead just tied to my regular email account.
I clicked "Sign in with TikTok account" but it doesn't even give an option to do so, just gives instructions on how to link a TikTok account to the Mobile App for some reason.
Hope I didn't just buy this subscription for no reason. If so this is very frustrating. Almost seems like a bait and switch.

When logging in you should see multiple options to do so. One of those options should be to scan a QR code. You will open the Capcut app on your phone and scan the code and it should log you in that way. Hope that helps!

I had this same issue until now. Download the CapCut app on your phone (if you haven't already) Click on "ME" (this should be your profile in the bottom left corner) Click the 3 lines at the top right corner (kinda looks like a drop-down menu) and click "Scan" Now from your PC, click "sign in" and scan the "Use QR code" on CapCut.
