Hey yall, hopefully yall can shed some light on this. I finished my taxes and submitted I wanna say the last weekend of February. Today is April 29th and I still have not received my Colorado refund. (Number to refunded is $741) and I could really really use this money for upcoming vet bill.
I have checked the status for WEEKS everyday using the official Colorado refund tool. The last update is the attached screenshot.
Idk what “was redeemed” means here. I am new to Colorado. Does it truly take this long??? Also, I called my bank and they said “we got nothing.”
I triple checked my account/routing numbers and they are good. What’s going on? Anyone else having this issue?

There were a lot of changes to the tax code this year. I finished mine early February and didn't see the refund until mid-March. Probably just super backlogged. Yours looks like the refund was issued. Did you have it direct deposited or a paper check?
