The site/app/phone number all say they are having issues with a server update that is taking longer to complete than expected and I’m unable to access anything at all or even speak to a human. This has been going on for several days.

If this persists past when payment is due, will this reflect on my credit as a late payment? What can I do?

It sounds like you have tried to do the right thing. If they continue to be unresponsive or tried to charge you file a complaint with the CFPB. https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/ The see how fast they respond.

It would need to be over 30 days late to be reported to credit bureaus. However, the lender could still charge you a late payment fee. Since the issue is on their end I’d hope they wouldn’t do that but Comenity doesn’t have the best reputation. I have 3 accounts with them. Thankfully only 1 has a balance. I’ve got about 3 weeks until my due date so hopefully they figure their shit out. Can you push a payment from your bank?
