Is it just me or has Crate & Barrel's online customer service really slacked off lately? I communicated with a C&B customer service rep via the website's chat function a few weeks ago about a price adjustment for an item I purchased online. They said they made the price adjustment but I never received the difference back to my credit card nor a confirmation email. Also, crateandbarrel.com cancelled another item I ordered online but did not inform me of the cancellation - via email or otherwise. I only found out by looking at the order details page and noticed the item was no longer in the order. To figure out what was going on, I again contacted the C&B online customer service chat and the rep confirmed my item had been cancelled. This is very frustrating!
