Does anyone else’s store have scheduling glitches? We’re always fully booked 2 days out and online system always shows we have same day availability. Then when you try to book it, it kicks you out. We get at least 50 phone calls a day about this and it’s getting really tiresome answering 10 scheduling questions in a row every hour. And then there’s the question of if we can just schedule it for them.
I filled out the COVID employee feedback survey and mentioned it. I’m just about to flip some tables.

I don’t know who you were expecting to reply but thanks for posting this. I’ve been trying to book and have been so frustrated trying different hours despite it showing a wide open availability. Can’t imagine how frustrating it is for your guys to deal with.

We don’t do that many, but have noticed the same thing. People call about it, but the dumbasses call about everything. My condolences for doing that many, that sounds awful. 15-20 per day is murdering my store.
