I had a home built in 2021. A DAIKIN heat pump was installed. Since then the compressor, evaporator coil, condenser coil and condenser fan had to be replaced. Parts were under warranty, but labor was not. I had to replace the entire system with a new one. Customer service was worthless.

3 weeks ago - There have been multiple cascading failures, long lead times for parts for the R410A system and extremely poor customer service even after reaching out to the customer support supervisor at Daikin numerous times. In fact, the most recent is that the customer support supervisor asked for paperwork to be filled out to bring a rep out at the same time as the AC service company to see what was going on and possible replacement.
