Not to say you can't wear black shoes with a charcoal suit, but brown shoes actually match better normally. On the dress shirt, I prefer pastel colors like a light blue over a stark white shirt. The white shirt makes it more formal. As for a tie I'd recommend getting perhaps a navy knit tie or any brighter color for the summer. A dark grey tie and a charcoal are too similar in my opinion.
Don't wear a silver shirt. I'm not even sure what you mean by a silver shirt, but I can't fathom it being better than a white shirt.
