Let us try repairing the existing OS.
On a working computer, create an Installation media of Windows 10 that allows you to repair existing Windows Installation.
Create a USB Flash Drive

Boot from the USB Flash drive-Make sure you have disabled Secure boot/Fast boot in BIOS Settings.

Then open Advanced Startup options after the computer boots from USB. Click Repair your computer at the first screen that says Install now.

Select Startup repair, let it finish the job and see if the computer can boot afterward.
If that doesn't help, consider doing a clean install after rescuing your files.

Laptop wont boot and stuck on Dell logo Screen
Laptop ( Dell XPS 9510) won’t progress past dell logo stage
All of a sudden cannot boot past Dell Screen
Use a working computer to make a bootable Windows flash drive and try recovery using that flash drive.

Hi all, hoping someone can help as Google/YouTube haven't been able to yet. I have a Dell computer running Windows 10. The other night it got stuck in a Restarting loop when I accidentally hit Restart rather than Shut Off. After waiting about 10 mins I just powered off by holding down the power button.
Today I go to start it up and it freezes at the Dell screen (I get a few cycles of loading dots and then it locks up). I've tried holding F12 to run Diagnostics and it throws no error codes. I tried to enter Safe Mode by powering on/off three times and it won't go into safe mode. I've tried running Windows Recovery from the F12 boot menu and it won't do it (I just get black screen).
This is a fairly new computer (I bought 6 months ago) and I've never had any issues with it until now. I've not downloaded anything new recently/added any new hardware. Any help would be appreciated!
We had a power outage and my computer turned off and started up into repair mode when it turned off again and won’t get past this screen is there any way to try to get it into repair mode again ?? Or is my hard drive just dead now?

If the drive was bad, you'd at least get a message saying that.
First, attempt a power drain. Unplug, remove the battery. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Plug in JUST the adapter and see if it will boot. If not, you may have a bad Mainboard. At that point, I would get a tech to take a closer look.
