Monster High hands are proportionally bigger than Barbie or other brands, and they are also very expressive, so if the sleeves are fitted (which was often the case for G1), the hands/arms absolutely need to be taken off for redress. Stretchy fabric is the best bet for clothes that fit, specially with the extreme curve of the G1 dolls, which can be hard to account for with more normal clothes, specially for skin tight outfits. G3 is a bit more "generous" in that regard. If you are new to sewing doll clothes, I highly recommend channels like Myfroggystuff, as she approaches the projects with clear instructions and provides the patterns, also giving tips and tricks of the trade, or even commenting how to adapt them to other dolls. If you have a bit more experience, and your dolls are G1, there are a TON of patterns on the net, and most of them can be used on G3 with minimal change. Good luck! More on reddit.com

I know you are asking for shops, so maybe my answer do not guite relate on that. But I had a same problem - I didn't like the fashion packs so I started to sew. I really enjoy that.
