In the help article, it states the following:
Go to www.account.com/services and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.
But the link is broken. Nothing there.

We had a user experiencing exactly this, and it was due to too many MAPI connections as a result of shared mailboxes.
Look for eventID 9646 in the Application log and see if anything shows up for the user.

It won't work properly with cached mode disabled, unless configured on the Exchange server or Exchange Online.
With cached mode enabled, it uses the DelegateSentItemsStyle registry key. When disabled, it ignores it.
You can also try enabling cached mode but disabling the Download Shared folders tickbox. We had a lot of users who had issues with shared mailboxes, but rather than disabling cached mode, unticking the download shared folders mailbox seemed to help.
If that doesn't work, and you need cached mode disabled, take a look at this MS Technet article, it should be able to point you in the right direction.

Every official Microsoft webpage tells me to log in into my account but i don't have any and don't need a Microsoft account in that particular machine, i just want to enter my licence key and thats it.
I have other computer that i activated that way, but can't find the installation file anywhere.
Is there any possibility to install without login anywhere?
