I am making a shipment from Germany to the US, and bought the shipping label online with the small business service. I had to fill out the customs information in the process of buying the label online.
Then when I paid and was redirected to the confirmation page, there were three downloads available- my shipping label, my receipt, and my customs form. I clicked on the customs form to download, and was just redirected to a grey screen that wouldn’t load. After waiting a bit I refreshed the page and went back to the page with the downloads, and it had cleared back to the initial page to start a new shipment.
This page with the customs form download has completely disappeared- I haven’t been able to pull it up again and there is nowhere to find my customs form anywhere else. It’s not in my email with the shipping label, and I don’t have a UPS account. I already tried going to a UPS access point to print the label and ask for a new customs form, and they said that I have to print the provided UPS label beforehand (so, there was nothing they could do when I explained the problem). What do I do??
