A couple ways, 1- You can run a longer screw and hit the drywall (maybe hitting a stud)…not recommended because you could pull the back of the cabinet with it. But if you hit a stud, you can back out the screw and you’re goods 2- you can use hot glue and fill the hole and surround area and place the track in its place as well as the screw to center it. The hot glue will most likely last forever. 3- use an anchor. You will need to pre drill the cabinet back a bit larger diameter hole. Then run your anchor into the drywall (assuming no stud) and then run the accompanying screw into the anchor. You can use a typical 35-50lb anchor just to bulletproof it.
