I've never seen your bed, but fixed a friends adjustable bed (not sure of the brand) when a disgruntled ex cut the wires. In his, the piston that drives the movement is held on with a cotter pin. Pulling that out allowed the bed to lay flat. Its not a true fix, but is quick and easy if you want the bed flat to sleep on.
