Update. The seller contacted me today after I had opened the "didn't recieve the item" option and written a realistic review of the item recieved. He told me that he somehow missed all my messages and offered 25 dollar refund for sending the wrong adapter. He also asked me to remove the review I wrote. The original adapters sell on ebay from 40 up to nearly 80 dollars without shipping, and I am confused why he doesn't send me the adapter he had promised to come with the amp? In case he offers me better refund I'll be willing to remove the review. Does anyone know how to remove the reviews? Been looking around but it doesn't semm to be a straightforward task to do on ebay. Thanks for all the help so far! More on reddit.com

August 17, 2025 - I've been selling on this platform for a while now and I'm astonished by their customer service especially considering the amount of fees ... YEP. I literally got "shifted" between TEN "support chat agents" over not receiving a payout from a $100 sold item, totally ripping me off . Not Happy. Ended up contacting the FTC over the matter, to get my money IN-FULL. Ebay's turned into an outsourced alien ship of incompetence that runs excuses after runaround excuses and scotch tape rubbish "support" that does nothing but waste your time and create havoc for themselves.
