In an alternate reality, there is a customer with the exact profile of yours. The broker approves their accounts to trade options, and it only took six months before the account went to zero. The customer sued, the broker because options were inappropriate for their investing profile. The customer won. Got their money returned. But the broker was subject to fines from the SEC.
