I said I would post after getting this so here it is.. we’ve had it about 4 days now. It’s super sturdy and not too hard to put together, took my husband and I about an hour after unboxing. Hint: watch video all the way until the end before assembling.. we made a mistake and had to undue a few steps because we didn’t do this. It’s pretty firm but also comfortable. Our last sectional which was def used a lot, still had good cushions after 10 years. It was the same way at first, but it got quite a bit softer over time. Hoping this will do the same. It seems like a much better value than the Lovesac we were also considering. It is rated as equal or higher quality, and it is apparently much easier to assemble than the Lovesac. Obviously not as many fabric choices but this is a very nice neutral medium gray.. a bit on the cooler than Warner side I’d say. My daughter spilled some barbecue sauce on it the first day we got it, and it came right out with a little water and a dot of dawn dish soap. The fabric also seems to be waterproof so liquids won’t go through to the cushions. I don’t think Lovesac covers are waterproof but I could be wrong. It’s a bit lower to the ground than I’m used to, but not a big deal for us. The storage ottoman is great.. rolling wheels and large storage area. The ONLY negative I have is the off-gassing of this sectional. Even with a pretty heavy duty air filter going, and a few open windows, I still smelled the chemical smell the next day and it gave me a slight headache. I can still smell a light chemical smell when I come in the room, ands it’s been 4 days... WITH air filter and open windows. Overall, happy with the purchase. I did a massive amount of research on sectionals before buying this but there aren’t a ton of reviews yet for this relatively new product so I hope this is helpful to those considering it. I’d give it 4.5 stars overall.. again the only issue is the off-gassing. It’s a VERY nice and seemingly well made sectional. Answer from ScholarWest8898 on reddit.com
