I've been trying to use free-mp3-download today, and everytime I search, "no results found" comes out, even when I search songs that I previously downloaded there. Does this happen to you guys as well? Is there any similar website to download FLACs? Thank you.
Every song I click on brings up the 'Song not available' error. Have Deezer folks finally patched the loophole or what? Also, please suggest an alternative.
Lately when I try to download music from this site it won't download fully. The file in my downloads is only a couple of KB instead of the 10+MB the site says it will be, theres no metadata, and I can't import it to Itunes. This site's been the best one for me to find music and I'm hoping someone can help me get it working again
the site is working fine. you just have to reload the page twice or thrice. fortunately you dont have to do the captcha again
I had the same problem so i just download all to my phone then transfer to my dap since it keeps on blocking me on pc. thanks mate for the tip. it worked with the whole refresh thing.

Hey guys, I was just browsing the site a few minutes ago when all of a sudden the site would not let me load in anymore. Now it's only displaying this message. RIP to free-mp3-download I guess...? Any good alternatives? It was the best one I've found in a long time.

When I click the download button, I get a momentary red pop-up saying "An error was occurre. Try again later." This has happened once in a great while before, but it'll happen on a single song after 50 or 60 successful downloads, and that's it. Now it's happening on everything. I even tried downloading a song that I successfully downloaded from there 2 days ago, and it's not working.
Is it just me? Anybody else having trouble too? Has anybody seen this happen before, and if so, is just a problem we have to wait out for them to fix? I've only been using this site for a couple weeks, so I don't know if this is just something that happens sometimes.
In the mean time, are there any other good sources for FLAC audio out there? Preferably direct downloads, as most of what I want is older an there either aren't any torrents or the torrents are all dead.

I would suggest you to perform clean boot and try to download.

i did clean boot on my system and use microsoft fix it as well to reset internet settings

When I select the song and opt a quality to download, it just says that an error has occured and to try again later. Is this an issue that is being fixed? Or is the site in danger of shutting down?
Tried to access the website to download a few songs, was greete with the message pasted at the bottom of this thread.
This was my favourite website to date, was able to get almost every song I wanted in the highest qualities and with all the tags attached too.
With this said, anyone aware of any other websites that function the same? (Yes I'm aware of Soulseek however, community's not the best, and with FMD I was able to get gatekept songs on the day of official release).
