Dell fusion service
Any of the Dell service programs are usually safe to remove and you'll probably find things run smoother without them. If you use the My Alienware app then you may need to keep Dell Fusion. Personally, I'd remove any of the extra Dell programs but that's your call. As for the *wonderful* Support Assist, go through your list of Programs in 'Uninstall a Program' and find anything that mentions it. There are usually 3 programs to remove before it's completely removed. More on reddit.com

Seriously WTF?
I am holding out on being forced to upgrade to Windows 11 as much as possible. Its an utter crap show...
But Why the hell is Fusion360 arbitrarily removing the ability to run the program in windows 10...
I'm not talking about just removing development support. Or any possible 10 based bug fixing.
But just not going to let the program run in Windows 10!?
There is zero reason to do this. It makes no sense whatsoever even as a software developer...
Windows 10 and 11 are entirely cross compatible in terms of driver and software support, they use the same base libraries. All that 11 is, is a more enshitifide version of 10.
Anyone know if theres going to be any work arounds?

This is really simple and doesn’t have anything to do with Autodesk. Microsoft has ended support for Windows 10, they will not patch it anymore after October 2025. Autodesk has to move on and focus on supported operating systems. Autodesk has said that you can use it as long as it keeps working, but they are not going to maintain windows 10 compatibility.

I'm not sure what the big deal is Win10 is EOL and not receiving any security updates. Why would you run your software on a vulnerable system that's no longer supported? This is what you get with internet based software I assume they're not willing to risk vulnerable systems connecting to their service. Just like in the workplace you are not allowed to continue to run outdated unsupported OS's.
