Hi All! Need to get my daughter a prescription delivered to her dorm as she doesn’t have a car. It’s not a controlled substance. How do I do this? Do I join the Carepass program or is there a one time only fee that I can pay? Would want it delivered in one day, not the mail. I can’t seem to see the options now since the prescription is still in process and not ready. Thanks in advance!

If you just call they can do it for you, but you have to have a card on file. You can do that on the app or website. We’re not allowed under any circumstance to take a persons card info in person or over the phone. So if you just do that, you call the store and they’ll set up the delivery!

Call the store and they can set up delivery. It costs 5$ in Massachusetts we use USPS with care pass it's free insurance company's will block delivery sometimes so it's best to talk to actual employee as they will tell you any problems instead of the app just telling you, you can't do it.

Hi All!
Need to get a prescription from CVS delivered to my daughter in her dorm. How exactly do I do this on the app? I use DD to order food but I’m not sure how to use it to pick up a prescription. Thanks in advance!

Agreed. Check the prescription in mind under prescription management. Of course, if she is away at college, then her prescription needs to be at a store near her, not near you. RiteAid uses delivery services, so does Albertsons. There is an extra charge. Albertsons/Vons/Jewel/Shaw's will mail prescriptions for free from your nearby pharmacy. Walgreens seems very stubborn about mailing anything ever, but they claim to offer that. They also deliver locally. I am headed over there to pick up my vitamin D later since they only feel like holding it at the store. Delivery services may have trouble getting into the dormitory now that they stay locked, if that's the case send her or a friend to the front entrance.

I see no mention of delivery in the iOS app, or account section of website.
I've had my medications delivered via CVS for several years. I am a member of extracare+.
Any ideas?

CSV Customer Care emailed me and said the following "Unfortunately, prescription prepay and delivery are no longer available on the CVS app."
They said to use the website:
Click the "View all orders" link on the Pharmacy dashboard.
Click "View Details" on the prescriptions.
Click on "More" to see the prepayment and delivery options.
Except, there is no delivery option in this menu. See below.

When it’s ready for pick up, click on it in the app. There should be three dots in the upper right corner to select delivery.

Same experience: I had a prescription filed and I’m a member of extracare+, however, the option for delivery isn’t showing up today on the app or website. I normally have them delivered but will have to physically go in the store tomorrow if the option doesn’t appear. I’m hoping it’s just a temporary glitch.
