I’m having issues logging in to my godaddy outlook email because it keeps getting stuck in a login loop. I called godaddy and they said that there is already an incident report and the issue will be fixed soon but I’m not sure I trust that. I was wondering if anyone had any solutions I can try? I’ve tried different browsers, incognito mode and resetting the password.
Can't log in my Microsoft 365 email from Godaddy

Login issues starting Outlook 2016 and logging onto a GoDaddy email account
I created a learn.microsoft.com account just to reply to this as I've fought this issue umpteen times with Outlook 2016 for years.
As far as I can understand, the issue is that the Outlook login popup window uses a half-baked version of Internet Explorer 11 and the GoDaddy login page serves Javascript it can't handle. I tried all manner of registry edits, HOSTS file edits, the works, but what ultimately did the trick for me was to go into Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Scripting, and flipping Active Scripting to "Prompt." This will cause a pop up for each individual script the login page serves up, and you can test declining individual scripts until it lets you through. In my case I permitted the first one, but not the second one which allowed me to input user/password, then permitted every script after that, which crashed, but the auth took and reloading Outlook one final time allowed me in. Not exactly a user-friendly solution and, if you're reading this solution, this needs to be your final warning to get the eff off Outlook 2016 as there's no guarantee this fix will work forever.
Hi @Matt Hardy ,
Set them up a few months ago and all was working fine until this morning when one of the users launched Outlook and was prompted to reauthenticate.
Judging from your description, there is no problem when configuring the account. This problem happened suddenly recently, right?
Will the problem be reproduced by creating a new profile? (control panel>mail>show profile>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.
In addition, please check whether the account linked in the Office application is an O365 account. Open any office application, click File > Office Account, make sure you are logged in with the O365 account.
If the script error doesn't occur with another user account, in another browser, or on another computer, the problem may be caused by files or settings on your computer. Below are some tips which might help to narrow down the issue for your reference in this article:

Thank you!
I have been with GoDaddy since 2007 with ~26 domains and 80 email addresses. They recently decided to stop doing POP & IMAP email with the CSR(s) telling me that 'your email is going to not work any longer because the industry has stopped accepting those old standards. You have to move to our Office 365 email or your mail will not work.' That BS wording rankled me to no end.
Given the difficulty of moving all of those domains and email, I hunkered down and started the pain of transferring the most entrenched domains to Office 365. Nothing but problems. The most recent problem is that I can not create SharedMailboxes in the admin.exchange.microsoft.com interface as they will not work on my client's Macs. GoDaddy's solution to this is to have my clients all move to an Outlook email client instead of their Apple Mail. Since that was not going to happen, they next suggested that I create the SharedMailbox from a standard email client license. That way the Mac users could log in to the account and just use them like normal email accounts instead of the SharedMailox feature that I was sold as being worth the transfer to the Office 365 email. (Yet another purchase of another email license.)
Another item that may help other Office 365 users was an error when a Mac client attempted to add an Office 365 email account to their Apple Mail program and got an error of 'You are already logged into that account.' as if the email address already existed in their Apple Mail. GoDaddy of course insisted that the user did already have that account entered and just did not see it. Then it was blamed on the 3rd party Apple Mail client and that the user should call Apple.
With all of that non-help to fix the Office 365 Exchange problem, I finally found a MS program 'Microsoft_Office_Reset_v1.9.1' that I ran which removed all of the Office history and then the user could add the Exchange account as needed.
Very long story, so will try to be as concise as possible. Client needed to switch email providers in December because old provider croaked. Signed her up for Go Daddy office 365 email. After completing the setup process we were able to receive and send mail using web mail, but could not add the email account to ANY email app on any device. Problem was that during the account adding process, it redirected to the Microsoft login page rather than the GoDaddy SSO login page. And when trying to login through the Microsoft login page it said the account credentials were invalid.
Long story short, GoDaddy Support gave us the runaround and made it seem like a DNS propagation issue. But months later we still have the same problem. Since this issue began, Godaddy’s useless support has now blamed a DNS issue, a password issue, an email app issue, everything else under the sun. They are useless. We’ve tested this on 3 different phones, 2 different computers, and 3 different internet connections. We even moved the domain name servers over to GoDaddy. They don’t even understand the problem let alone have a solution. Has anyone encountered this? At this point, I’m ready to just tell my client to dump GoDaddy altogether but I’d much prefer to find a workaround.
GoDaddy is one of the worst providers I have ever come across for hosting anything. Their support is awful too. You’re much better off finding a more reliable and trustworthy web hosting provider with better customer service and support.
There are many web hosting providers available in the market, and it’s essential to do your research and choose a provider that can offer you the reliability and support that you need for the website.
You could also host this by using a cloud hosting service such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
However self-hosting requires more technical expertise and maintenance than using a third-party hosting provider, so it’s important to consider your own skills and resources before deciding to go this route.
