I fast-traveled to Claire's garage and as I'm about to cross the street, 4 of those really small cars come zooming down the street, 3 chasing 1 and shooting at it. I recall seeing a red one and a blue one and i think one was yellow, didn't get a good look at the last one because i had to get out of the way. Is this a pac-man easter egg? 5th playthrough and first time seeing this, i love that this game still surprises me.
