You have not updated the Google Play services for AR app or the device memory is full too many times. The other reason could be that the smartphone device that you are using is too hot or has memory problems. The software such as Google Play services for AR can also crash involuntarily because of memory problems or if the phone's system is unable to perform well, which can be the reason for the problems like AR not being compatible with Google play services.
Sometimes editing for a long time may cause a problem with the app. But, you can simply just close the app to avoid the error and reopen to see if it is functioning. For closing it completely, you must remove it from the working tabs on your smartphone as well.

I am fully aware that the Google Play Services are completely essential for the correct operation of an Android phone. However, I do have something called "Google Play Services for AR" as well, and I was wondering if it would be safe to disable that, at least.
Has anyone tried that?
I’ve just moved to Android and Graphene on a Pixel 7 after years on iPhone, but I’m struggling with how I should set things up with different profiles and which should have Play Services or whether I even need it. Total noob to Android & not sure whether I even need to create a Google account (real or fake) or use Aurora Store now it’s pool of accounts apparently no longer works. I’m wanting a few profiles (banking & NHS app for prescriptions, social media, etc) but not sure which if any need Play Services or why?
Multiple times a day the google play store automatically downloads this app and the install prompt pops up and every single time I decline. I have no idea what this app is needed for or why it is so insistent on installing itself with no indications as to why I would even need it.
Is there a way to block it somehow or do I actually need it for something?
