If you're paying through Google Play, you need to cancel the subscriptions and re-subscribe through the App Store. Instead of subscribing through Apple, you can also subscribe directly thru Keeper and Tile on their websites. If you ever wanted to switch back to Android, you won't have to worry about the subscriptions again.
