How to analyse the P-value?
To analyze the P-value, you need to compare it with the level of significance or alpha value. If the P-value is less than the alpha value, then you reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis. If the P-value is greater than the alpha value, then you fail to reject the null hypothesis.

P Value in Excel - How To Calculate P-Value In Excel T-Test?
December 23, 2024 - We can change the significance level (alpha value) at different levels and arrive at the p-values in Excel at various points. The common alpha values are 0.05 and 0.01. If the p-value is >0.10, then the data is not significant. If the p-value is <=0.10, then the data is marginally effective. If the p-value is <=0.05, then the data is significant, and if the p-value is <0.05, then the data is highly important. Below are examples of Calculating P-Value in the Excel T-Test.

March 19, 2024 -

I've been asked to create a number of different single-variable linear regressions for work. Doing so is super easy in Excel, and while I'm able to see the r-square figure, I don't know if there is an actual statistical significant relationship between the two variables. Is there a way to find out what the p-value for the independent variable would be if I have the r-square and N?
