I accidentally ordered the same halloween costume twice. I emailed customer service right away and told them and asked for an order cancellation. Do you think they will do it?

I just placed an order about an hour ago and was supposed to pay with After pay installments but it went through as one payment. How can I cancel the order so I can reorder with After pay? Is there no customer service contact?
I ordered like 12 items from fashion nova on Feb 1 for a vacation I’m going on this Thursday. I realized it probably wouldn’t get here on time and emailed them asking if I placed the exact same order with next day shipping I could return the first one when it got to me (had a bunch of final sale items). They said there was nothing they could do and I was like well whatever. Then I got an email saying they got my return and sent me all the money back as in store credit? Even though I still haven’t received the package and it had already shipped. Is it even possible for them to return an order themselves when it’s already been shipped? The shipping company says it’s still on the way too, I’m in Canada
i ordered something for my girlfriend but got her address messed up, it was just confusing because it’s being sent to a dorm but anyways, online it now says they don’t accept cancellations and can’t change shipping addresses. but don’t worry! the solution is that you can just return it! but wait! the item doesn’t qualify for being returned. i ordered this 3 hours ago and now i’m out $70. the address i put doesn’t even exist. any advice?
Paid $30 for one day shipping yesterday before the 3pm ET cut off and my package says it’ll be diverted on Friday lol wtf?? How do i get my money back. Customer service Keeps sending the same generic email.
Yesterday, I planned on returning 2 fashion nova items, the problem is that i will pay really to much to send back the items (i live in switzerland), and also my bad, but i finally really badly want to keep an item that i really ike (actually i've worn this pant once).
Ive contacted them but they've answerd it's impossible to cancel a return. I will lost a lot of money if i do that... Do you have any idea of what i should do or say to them?
You already prepaid for the return label? They definitely will not be refunding you.
Have you already shipped it or paid for the label? If so you've messed up and should never shop online again if you have to pay for returns, especially if they're expensive, unless you know that without a doubt you'll be wanting to keep it, unfortunately this may be a costly lesson
I received and order around a week after ordering it for $85 and nothing fit properly. Is there a way to return them and get a refund instead of store credit? Will I have to dispute them ? I paid through PayPal
I ordered a few outfits in mid-January for a vacation coming up soon. It took them almost a month to show they were shipped, then I received the notice that the delivery was completed on Feb 16. Well, it's Feb 21 and they still haven't been received. Not stolen because I have a camera and no delivery was made. I contacted them and they basically said they couldn't do anything about it. Looks like I'm out $100 with no recourse. Never again.
You definitely should dispute the charge with your bank. I hate that stuff like this keeps happing to people.
If you submit all evidence (camera footage, emails, lack of courier response etc) the BBB they will get Fashion Nova to refund you within days. If they still don’t refund you which is unlikely because it seems the only reason these people are still in business is because they comply with BBB you can dispute charges and will win
I actually shop with them more than I should because I have a shopping habit n love there gear, anyway, I had a purchase that I purchased twice “ HOW” ION KNOW my payment just kept getting declined, once I went to my CHASE ACCOUNT, I actually paid for the basket twice, it was an outfit that was in my basket that was actually the LAST ONE anywho, my payment was being declined bcuz FASHION NOVA took my money, my APPLE PAY was declining and that’s why, I paid for it already, I really was curious as to why this was happening and figured it out” THEY WORKED ME” I had a legit reason to cancel the purchase bcuz I was gonna have 2 of EVERYTHING which looks like a TECHNICAL ISSUE, I reported this to FASHION NOVA as they ask of there customers and guess what “ NOTHING “ I tried to be patient to see if the package was going to show up today and of course the package isn’t here, but was marked DELIVERED, every other package I order from FASHION NOVA, I receive along with TRACKING ALERTS ALONG WITH ETA’s so where is my package, I swear they really need to get A BIG VIOLATION FOR THIS TYPE OF INCONVENIENCE OF THERE CUSTOMERS…. Do anyone know how I can take this to SOMEONE WHO CAN LOOK INTO THIS, please help if you do
i don’t use their website tracking really, it’s not always accurate. i suggest putting in the tracking number in in an actual tracking website, such as “route” or “shop” and see from there
Hey sorry I don’t have an answer for you but I would definitely bug them about this u til it’s solved. I just received a text from them saying first 1000 Halloween costumes free so I bought one and they state it’ll be refunded in my text but after I bought the costume I didn’t get anything on them refunding the money. I just think it’s too good to be true. I had a problem with them one time long time ago where my package said delivered and I didn’t get it and they refused to refund the money they stated they don’t do that but I do hope in your case they do something for you! Please keep me updated on what happens.
Hey! I ordered from FashionNova on the 2nd of January, it got stuck at “awaiting carrier pick up” from the 3rd of January until the 17th of January when they finally cancelled my order without contacting me. In the text they said they were refunding the order, then immediately after I got another text saying shipping had been refunded, and then an email saying I had a gift card added to my account, which was the value of my order minus shipping. I paid for express delivery (i’m in the UK) and they clearly failed that. I’ve since been arguing with them via email regarding getting a refund because I reFUSE to ever order from them again. They just keep sending me the same template email saying they don’t offer refunds for “Speed of Service and Efficiency”. So today I gave in and went to use my gift card to give them another chance to deliver what i’d originally ordered, now there’s another issue. The gift card (and the value of my original order) was £33 something, shipping was £11 on top of that but as I said, they refunded that. So i’ve gone to use the gift card and it’s only taken £26 off of my order? I emailed them AGAIN and they said my order total has to be equal to, or more to the value of my gift card. My order comes to £40 something BEFORE shipping. So tell me why it’s still not taking off the £33? They’re now not responding to my email I am so fed up with this, I don’t have a lot of money and treated myself to a couple of nice new tops to wear out for my partners birthday and they’ve completely failed me and scammed me. Can anyone give any advice?

Hi, Try sending them a text message. Usually, they send updates about shipping, etc via text. If you respond to the text message, they will respond to you. At least, everything I have had an issue, I sent them a text message and they responded.
I Went Through Something Similar With Them In I Ended Up Having To Dispute It With My Bank Because They Stated They Were Going To Give Me A Refund But The Refund Never Was Released To My Account & They Too Kept Sending Templates And Giving Me The Run Around. Did You Tell Them You Wanted Your Refund On A Gift Card Or Did They Just Take It Upon Themselves To Do So ? The Customer Service Is Horrible, I Already Reported Them To The Federal Trade Commision
