Can't cancel subscription on the Google Play Store because it doesn't show up
Check you don't have multiple accounts under the same email address, I've had the issue with Google play games. The second account was the one we were forced to set up when Google plus was a thing. Should work as one but had has the random glitch which may be your issue. If that fails just remove the payment method on your account around the time of renewal and leave it off for few weeks as they may attempt to take the payment multiple times before they give up. How can I cancel my Google Play subscription?
I have always had good luck canceling subscriptions in google play. I bounce between premium streaming services. It does require a pc, at least to find it easily anyway. Go to google play, click my subscriptions on the left, and cancel whichever one you want. What I found to be annoying was trying to reactivate one. Took a while to figure out, but you need to do that in the android apps for whatever service you want. Then cancel with google on the pc. The convenient thing is that you can do both on the same day, and the cancellation will schedule for the next billing date. But that makes me wonder about your situation... Look at your order history, also on pc. If you are cancelling and then it's reactivating, you may have been hacked. Check the authorized devices and change your password. More on reddit.com

r/google on Reddit: Can't cancel subscription on the Google Play Store because it doesn't show up
January 16, 2022 -

I have a really stupid problem, I wanted to cancel my Disney+ subscription since I am not watching it anymore, but the Disney+ App leads me into the Google Play Store when I want to cancel it. And on the Google Play Store there is no listing under the subscriptions page. This is really frustrating right now since there is no other workaround and I don't want to get charged money every month for nothing. I hope someone knows how to do this.
