Apparently this is not possible online. I've been through the online account system as well as the T-Life App. It isn't listed in Add-on's. I don't remember this being the case previously. Is this a new way to make it hard to unsub from this, or was I mistaken previously, and you couldn't do it. (I am a former Sprint customer who came over in the merger).
It seems like this is in violation of the "Click to Cancel" law? I'm in California as well.

I was planning to remove some of my add-ons to cut corners on my monthly budget due to tight money. However, I can't seem to remove this addon; the website says it doesn't exist, but I am being billed monthly.
How can I remove it?
My teenage son's unlocked LG V60 just arrived today and we needed a new SIM card. Went to nearest T-Mobile store and everything went smoothly. Phone was quickly activated and we were on our way. Read the email receipt tonight and the SIM card was free but noticed Protection<360> on the PDF. Checked our account and sure enough...Protection<360> was added as a service ($18 per month).
We were not asked or even told about Protection<360> while we were in the store. Of course we are unable to deactivate Protection<360> without chatting with a rep. Luckily, the online chat was able to remove the insurance plan "within next billing cycle".
Has anyone else had this happen? Do the sales people get a bonus for adding these?
So, I got the new iPhone 13 pro max and it is arriving soon.
When I purchased it on EIP I chose to go with the protection 360. But I would wish to go for the Apple care+ instead.
Is it possible to cancel P360 now, before the phone arrives and as soon as the phone arrives I can get the AC+?
