HP is the worst of the worst when it comes to printers. They have a super aggressive DRM that will disable your printer and inks if you don't pay an online subscription. I'd recommend anything else. Do a printer factory reset by opening the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area, and then press and hold down both the Power and Wireless button on the printer for three seconds. Next, download the latest software driver from 123.hp.com, and install it. You will be prompted by the software when to turn on the printer and connect it to your computer.
