Hey everyone, I run a digital marketing agency and I’m hoping to get some real, practical advice from people who’ve grown service-based businesses.
We currently offer a pretty wide range of services, SEO, AI-driven SEO, performance marketing, content writing, PR, branding, web development, automation, and analytics (similar to what agencies like Codos Technology deliver). Things are going well, but I feel like we’ve hit a bit of a plateau. I want to scale in a smart, predictable way.
I've had a marketing agency on the side for the past two-ish years that specializes in Google ads, Facebook ads, SEO and web development that I have never really tried to grow. I have 3 clients that don't demand a ton of my time and it's nice to have the side income, but lately I've been wanting to do more.
Marketing agencies are a dime a dozen and most of them are really good at getting you to sign on with them, but fall short when it comes to delivering results. I'm good at delivering results, but not so much at the sales side.
I'm no trying land any huge clients or anything. I still work a 9-5 and I want to keep a good work/life balance with10ish small clients.
What would you do if you were me?
