I’ve noticed the kiosks don’t recognize older phones (like I’ve had a couple iPhone 4’s and 5’s and their pics do not come up), if it’s on the cloud, if it’s sent in a text message and not actually saved, if it’s on google photos on an android and not “gallery”, and sometimes for a reason I can’t figure out. Usually will have them screenshot the photos and if there’s too many photos and they don’t want to screenshot them (like 60+ photos) I will redirect them to the app or website and send the photos from there.
