How do I recover my Gmail account without a verification code?
The easiest way to recover your Gmail account is with a verification code sent to an email address, phone number, or familiar device. At this point, your best option is to remember a previously correct password. If you're not confident about your old passwords, try entering your best guess.
How do I contact Google to recover my account?
To contact Google to recover your account, you can start a chat to talk with a Google representative. However, it could take some time to get a response. It may be faster to go to the troubleshooting page to resolve the issue. Select your problem and then follow the instructions to recover your Gmail account.
How do I get back into my old Google account?
Getting back into your old Google account can be difficult if you don't remember your password. To do so, follow the instructions on the Account Recovery page to use a recovery email, phone number, or known device.
I set up a gmail account years ago, using a phone number. I no longer have that phone number.
I tried signing into that gmail account (I remember the password) but it told me that I needed to confirm a code that was sent to the phone number used to set it up.
Now Gmail will not let me sign in.
What do I do now? Does google seriously expect people to retain all their phone numbers for the rest of their lives? These rules are RIDICULOUS.
I have an older gmail account that I'm still signed in through my mobile device. Receiving emails fine. But I cannot remember the password. I never set a phone number or recovery email. Is there any way to prove my ownership of email by sending it to an already signed in device? When I tap "try another way" it says it doesn't have enough info on me. Seems like a wall but curious if anyone has found a way.
I lost 3 gmail account cuz i lost all of the phone numbers... i have my social accounts there, i tried everything what the internet says except for paying someone to like hack my account or something and get in easily.. i have no money for that :( i also tried the recovery method but it just keeps on leading me on that "You’re trying to sign in on a device Google doesn’t recognize." it doesnt give me that 123 method to recover my account:( im using a laptop.

Hi everyone,
I use a PC for my Gmail. I haven't signed out in years. Earlier this evening I had accidentally signed out and I can't remember my password to log back in.
I tried to do the account recovery but it's not helping. Reason: I no longer have the phone number I used on that email address, so I can't get the code they would normally send me.
Also, I'm unable to sign into my recovery email because it's a very old one that I haven't used in a long time. It took several tries for me to get my recovery email password right, but by that time, outlook had notice my previous attempts at logging in as suspicious and made me answer a bunch of questions to verify that it's me. Well, I failed that because I can't remember email addresses I sent mail to from years ago, along with the subject of recent emails that they ask for.
Is there any other way for me to try to recover my gmail password without my old phone number and recovery email?
It's so frustrating because I thought I had written down my password, but when I checked, it was for a different email address.
Any help greatly appreciated!
Thanks
