I'm a parent and I don't know anything about this. I set up the app to my kid on an android device but other than that I have no clue. Anyway, kid got a gift certificate to get some robux but I don't really know how to use it. Any advise? The instructions on the gift card doesn't make any sense for me. Is there a step by step tutorial for clueless parents out there somewhere?

The difficulty I am facing arises from the fact that the gift card I received has a different currency than the one associated with my Roblox account. When attempting to redeem the gift card, I noticed that the options available for currency selection were limited, which left me unsure of how to proceed.
Previously, it was possible to change the location or country associated with an account to accommodate different currencies for redemption. However, it appears that this option is no longer available after a recent update to the Roblox platform.
I kindly request your guidance on how I can effectively redeem my gift card, given this situation. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide alternative solutions or workarounds that would allow me to utilize the value of the gift card within my existing Roblox account.

I understand that you are having problems redeeming your Roblox gift card.
Is there any error message about not being able to redeem a Rpblox gift card? If so, please send me a screenshot of it.
Can you try clearing your browser cache or cookies before trying again to see if it works?
If your current region and number of points meet the requirements to support redemption of Roblox gift cards and you are still unable to redeem after many attempts. I suggest you Contact Microsoft Rewards support.
In the meantime, you can also give feedback on this issue at the Bing website.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble redeeming your Roblox gift card. If you’re having trouble reading the redeem code of your Robux gift card, you may try to replace the letters that look like numbers and vice versa. For example, you may change the zero (0) to an “O” or the one (1) to an “I”.
If you’re trying to redeem a Roblox gift card through Microsoft Rewards, it’s possible that the Roblox gift card is not currently available as a reward option. You can try redeeming your gift card directly on the Roblox website or when checking out from the Roblox shop.

Thanks for getting back to me. Can you please tell me that if not from Microsoft Rewards how can I claim a gift card from the Roblox directly? Like it asks for payment which I'm not willing to make that's why was using Microsoft Rewards for redemption.
If you can guide me that how I can use my points for claiming gift card from Roblox Shop or either directly from it or any other guidance that should I wait until / unless it appears back etc.
