This just happened to me and I was floored there's no way to turn off the Bluetooth or at least reset it. Thankfully I was able to get the person to forget the Bluetooth connection, but to mitigate it from happening again I went under the bed and disconnected the plug to the speaker which also disables the bluetooth, so the sleep tracking stuff won't work but we can live without it More on reddit.com

I think this might be a long shot, but who knows.
Having some issues with our Tempur-Ergo bed frame. The frame doesn't life or lower to the remote or the apps on the phones. However, the vibration still works on both apps and remote.
The other night I had to lower the bed frame via the button on the power box. Since then there has been no movement from remote or apps. I don't even hear clicking when I get under and make sure all the wires are connected.
Of course the receipt is long gone.
Any idea why the movement would stop and the vibration would still work?
