I factory reset my phone like 2 weeks ago and I've been trying to get my backup back, I know where it is but I don't find any ways to restore it, how do I do it?

Theres an app called activity launcher on play store, download it give permissions. There will be a process called android setup, try clicking on everything under it, something will pop open the backup procedure that you see during initial setup of device. Thats the only way to recover backups after you are setup with the system.

I was in the same boat as you as I had to factory reset a few times for troubleshooting purposes. Here's what you need to do, factory reset (can't restore without it) -> select copy data from old phone when prompted after reset -> select phone not available (or something like that) -> you'll be prompted to pick a backup to restore from. So basically my Bluetooth wasn't connecting at all to my Pixel 7a and I was talking to a lady about it at Verizon.
