Anyone have any experience with IKEA bathroom faucets, sinks, and vanities?

I'm just curious about their quality. I couldn't find anything negative except for their delivery.
It looks like all Ikea faucets are designed for single-hole installation. Typically at HD, Lowes, etc., those come with a somewhat ugly 8" plate (escutcheon) if you need to cover the the other 2 holes in your sink (I do). The assembly instructions I looked at for several Ikea faucets imply there's no escutcheon with theirs. Is that true, or do they sell an adapter separately that I'm not seeing?
Also, we'd like to replace our existing two-knob faucet with a higher one with levers (even a cheap one from HD for example) though single handle would be okay. Unfortunately we only have ~16" over the sink (previous owner installed a shelf over sink) and most high faucets seem to be about 16". Ikea has some that should fit, e.g. GLYPEN (only 10", I actually thought it sounds more like a bath or bar faucet, I see they sell it as a bath faucet too), ÄLMAREN (14"), BOSJÖN (<13"). The last one intrigues me, with the control at the business end so your hands drip into the sink.
Do they really require a single hole? Is there some adapter I can buy from Ikea or elsewhere that would actually fit? Here's an example from Lowes in case I'm not clear. https://www.lowes.ca/product/kitchen-faucets/vigo-kitchen-deck-plate-330751395
Thanks.
