I bought a iPhone 13 Pro yesterday and the only reason I went for Pro model was the 3x optical 77m lens! I was so excited and went to take pictures, I took both 3x and 1x from the same object and in 1x I went near so it will look the same distance as the 3x, then I compared them and the 1x looks better! The 3x looks trashy and the post processing make it worse the 3x photos were so washed! I want to know if the problem is with only my phone or just the 3x is not 100% optical!

3x doesn’t do as well in the dark. In daylight you should have no such issues.

First thing to check is whether you took the photo with the wide lens auto cropped or the actual telephoto lens. Swipe up on the photo and see which lens was used. When you hit 3x there is a period of time where it won’t actually take it using the telephoto lens, it will crop the shorter lens to the same focal length. I’d also turn off the setting “prioritize faster shooting” That being said, the 77 mm are never as sharp as the regular lens.
