I know Car Gurus is more like a dealer listing not like Carvana, but I've never bought a car like this before.
I don't have a contract yet, but I've been in contact with multiple people at the dealership. It's a bit too far to make the drive, so the car would be shipped to me. Dealer has mostly good ratings on Car Gurus.
We've negotiated the terms over the phone/email and they're sending me an invoice to pay down payment + 3 year warranty charges up front. But I don't have a contract or paperwork yet. Just a Clover invoice for $4500.
Should I be concerned about this? Is there something I can ask for to prove this will be applied as we're discussing?
