Hey all, I was thinking of coming to Columbus from out of town and was wondering if anyone had recommendations for good Third Wave Coffee Shops? I'm always on the lookout for great pour overs/filter brews. I'm not really familiar with the Columbus coffee scene. My wife and I went to Fox in the Snow about 4 years ago and the coffee was amazing but every time since then we've been pretty disappointed. I've been seeing One Line mentioned a few times here and there, can anyone else vouch for them, or perhaps any other recommendations to throw in?
Update: My wife and I have ended up going to One Line (Franklington location) and Brioso. Both were really good. The One Line in Franklington had really convenient parking that was validated by the staff, and they had a great selection of specialty coffee. I was able to geek out with the cashier and picked 2 awesome coffees to try. They know what they're doing and it's definitely a great specialty coffee spot that can satisfy any Third Wave coffee lover. Brioso was also great. Convenient parking garage next door and the espresso was very solid, as someone already mentioned. Maybe not as much of a selection as One Line but they definitely take care in sourcing good coffee and brewing it well. Thank you all again for your all of your guys' help, I'll be referencing this post the next time we're in the area.
