I’ve had mine maybe 2.5 years. Noticed in the past few months they only last an hour. Tonight, they lasted only 15 minutes. The sound quality is fantastic, but the battery is absolute shit. Definitely thinking I should just buy some AirPods. More on reddit.com

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II has some things going for it, including a refined design and fit, but it also costs quite a bit of money for what’s there. It sounds too bass heavy for one. You also can’t even turn off the ANC, for the times you are already sitting in silence.

If that does not happen, put the buds back and try again. This time press and hold the button on the right earbud for three seconds. Doing so manually forces pairing mode. From there you finish the pairing process like you would any other Bluetooth earbuds.

For all that, they can come off as a bit clinical—their atypical transparency makes bad recordings sound bad, and they lack the unforced naturalness of the warmer, smoother Cambridge Melomania or Sony XM3. Compared to my current workout set, the Powerbeats Pro, the Klipsch T5 II are more coherent, isolate much better, have better-controlled bass and even more high-end detail, while the Beats have a more holographic stage and better imaging.
