I Pfizer kitchen faucet in my former house, it developed a leak after 10-12 years I contacted them and gave them the model number, they shipped the replacement without asking for any receipt or proof. I think Kohler is a good company, just contact them and tell them what is wrong with your shower faucet, most likely they will ship a new cartridge.

Confused, I called Kohler customer support. They told me exactly what I needed and then asked for my address. I'm thinking, "Oh great, now they want to send me junk mail."
