Now I'm being dunned for this amount by emails I can't reply to, including links that go nowhere and phone calls that mean nothing, I don't owe any money to Lawn Love, and I am reporting them to be an incompetent company not to mention a Total Scam as there is no way to contact them other than customer service who repeatedly claims they have no record of cancellation by phone, regardless of how many times one does so. My husband and I were looking for a lawn service and I found Lawn Love. I saw the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. We are SO HAPPY with their service! They sent us a PHENOMENAL guy named Auggie. He was pleasant and knew exactly what we wanted. Man oh man did he work his butt off, because our yard and bushes were SO overgrown.

Subscribed to Lawn Love in the Spring of 2022. No problems until the end of August. At that point, yes, problems. Texts and emails kept promising a crew would come, but then no-show. I was told the same on phone calls. It's a been a month now since a crew arrived, and my lawn looks like a jungle.

May 29, 2025 - Lawn Love is new to the scene, but it has solid reviews, and many people have no problem with the lawn providers they connect with. In fact, I even looked at Trustpilot, which is usually inundated with complaints, but Lawn Love has an exceptional 4.8 out of 5.0-star rating on the site.

January 31, 2022 - Unbelievable I recommend my friends and regret it they don’t give u allot of order as new starter They send u what the the other pros don’t accept and if u don’t accept it u won’t be able to get anymore orders when u first start signing up they will show u allot of jobs but once you put ur ss number u won’t be getting no order when no one takes on the job they put multiple dates for the same job and count it as 6 because they has six different days for u to choose from I will give them a one star until I start receiving multiple orders and the app gets better I will update my review I have been waiting 3 days without a job if your planning and use them to start your business I would say your better off with some one else ... It’s essentially Uber for lawn care.

The process to get signed up seems ... with customer service. Either they promise a certain day for cuts and no one shows up or they charge a customers cc and days later, the lawn is still not cut....
