Guys.I hope this post found you in the good condition. I went to a shop and got this offer. Laptop is used very 😄… much. I mean someone did heavy work on it. Mouse touch pad. Is bright due to using it too much. Sides have some little scratches. I don’t have a picture right now in phone. It’s in another phone.
I need this laptop for programming. Web and game development (unity3D). Kindly help me😊… do I buy it not? The shop keeper is saying battery life could last 3 hours and only one week check warranty (second hand) laptop?

(Adds): tl;dr: The alleged good deal price for that machine max. might be around 300 or a bit more USD or perhaps even less - depending on the country/ area, though. Thinkpad E series gen 2 (Intel) model has some more problems even compared with its AMD sibling: (Intel only): RAM memory can be upgraded, but it has only single slot (so 11th gen Intel (Tiger Lake) i5 or i7 CPU cannot draw its full performance in graphics as Iris Xe graphics that requires dual-channeled memory. It was perhaps primarily intended to use together with dGPU. (both Intel & AMD): only one USB-c port for PD charge. (both Intel & AMD): for gen2, there is no "hit" in panel lottery (only one intel option - and no AMD option has sRGB 100% =high color accuracy) - this is only the real complaint from AMD ver's owner. I think (and thought/ bought) it was OK as a budget model with good performance CPU (Ryzen 4000 had got a huge performance improvement over previous generations), but the possible real issue for your deal is that there must be better competitor candidates of the used thinkpad around that price range. If you don't mind smaller inch display (w/o numeric keyboard), check the availability of offers in the following models under 400 USD (depending on where you're living): T14/ T14s(/X13 - might be too small for your taste) gen1-2 AMD T14/ T14s(/X13) gen2 Intel L14/15 gen1-3 AMD(>Intel gen2) Some of them in decent condition might be available in the marketplace or online used PC shop site.

Would not buy it. We have around 20 broken ones at work. They all stopped charging after a few months. Not a reliable machine.
