hey so idk if you still need it and its kinda necroposting but i had the same thing try another usb port if you use the usb thing/replug, and with the bleuthooth try to disconnect restart and connect again idfk why it worked for me but both helped for bleuthooth and lightspeed so i hope it maybe helps. :D

Got mine for $50 off so it was dirt cheap. Works well with the dongle and through bluetooth on my phone and sound quality is good for the price. For a budget headset, I'd say it's worth it. More on reddit.com

FYI for buyers: I owned these for only 15 minutes and decided these weren't it. These don't seem to fit larger heads very well. Small-medium heads should be fine Very cheap-feeling and plastic-y. They work well with low-latency audio via 2.4ghz, but the audio profile leaves insanely more to be desired. (Very flat-sounding. Almost like a set of $15 headphones you find at your local Ross or TJMax/JCPenney store) It does not have a side profile microphone like a typical gaming headset, as it is built-in on the side earcup. I didn't really test the mic since overall it wasn't very appealing overall for me. At $30 you can't ask for much, but I can't see these ever being worth the $80 MSRP. I only mention the above because $30 is still $30. Every dollar matters I would say this would work for when you just need something really quick and on-the-go with like say your gaming laptop. But as a home PC and everyday wear, I would look elsewhere to put your $30 into. More on reddit.com

If you have a different Lightspeed Wireless USB receiver that did not come with your headset, you might be able to use the Logitech Connection Utility . This utility is not suitable for pairing the G435 with a new receiver. For this headset, there are no instructions or utilities at all that allow you to bind it to a new receiver. Which is strange.
