Hi Team,
I've seen a few posts but no solution. my headset is crackling, it s connection appears unstable and continues to cut out sound trying to even listen to video but is almost unusable playing games such as COD. do you have any solution? this headset is almost to the point of no return.

Two days ago, my G733 headset began to make crackling and popping noises and it hasn't stopped since. It makes one every few seconds while using it. I've tried all of the fixes I could find online and nothing has worked.
Has anyone experienced this and how do I fix it?
While not quite "SOLVED", I will consider this post as on-hold pending the result of a replacement headset testing by DulaPeeps12.
My conclusion thus far:
A wired Logitech USB G633 headset had no problems on the linux computer. Confirming that there are no major issues with the linux USB system.
However, on the same linux system, the WiFi Logitech USB G733 Lightspeed continued to exhibit degraded and crackling audio after approx 6 to 7 minutes. Also, it continued to do this after each time the headset was powered off and on again. It did not have this issue on a Windows 10 computer more distant from other WiFi sources and out of the center of several WiFi and Bluetooth signal paths.
Current solution: Swap headsets for the time being, until further information is available and additional research can be done.
I just purchased a G733 Lightspeed headset and I am curious if there are any known issues where after about 13.5 minutes (give or take) it starts crackling on sharp sounds (cymbals, gunshots, consonants) and then progress to an almost total garbled distortion. I will be trying them on another computer soon to try and isolate if it's a problem with this old computer I'm running them on or some other issue.
Also, about how much would a replacement WiFi dongle run?
On a side note: I really like these so far. Some of the negative comments made in reviews, complaining about the audio are hilarious. I mean, this is a middle of the range cost wise and the audio beats my old G933's into the ground. For a 40mm driver, I find the sound a little better than I expected. I have a Logitech USB Wired headset that has the 50mm drivers and sure, it's better. But, the WiFi version of those runs at least another $50. And the G733's are really comfortable. The elastic support band adds stability and distributes the weight far better than just a thin rubber pad. Doing away with the swivels was also a great idea.
Excellent design.
Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with my Logitech G733 headset and I’m hoping someone here might have an idea or has experienced something similar.
Every five minutes I get a loud distortion/crackling noise in the headset. The only way to stop it is to turn the headset off and back on again. After that it works normally for a few minutes… until the same noise comes back again. This loop just keeps repeating.
I contacted Logitech support and received a replacement unit, but the replacement has exactly the same issue.
I recorded the noise and can share the audio here if it helps. The music in the background of the recording is copyright-free and taken from YouTube’s free audio library.
Has anyone dealt with this before or knows what might be causing it? Any help is appreciated!
