hi I'm a teen and go out partying and is in charge of the speaker and I don't know where to get one for the best value im looking at the w king but if anyone knows any louder ones pls let me know im not too fussed about clarity as long as it's decent enough idc. we currently use a jbl boombox 2 but the boys getting rid of it ik i can't get something like that but something that can compare to that please for under 100
My main purpose with this speakers is to listen to songs in my bedroom and when my friends come to my place to hangout. I am not too particular on Bass. It just has to sound clear and could go decently loud. A friend suggested Tribit Stormbox pro(Amazon has a $30 discount for it). If there are any sales that are coming in the future, I can wait as well.

So I work a lot, like 12 hour days, 6 to 7 days a week, and on the weekend at night there's like nobody here and I like to be able to listen to music through my shift while I work and restock and such, but every Bluetooth speaker I get isn't very loud, the problem is my work environment is just naturally loud (foundry) so trying to go over that noise and the sound of my forklift and stuff is a bit of a challenge. I don't want to wear earbuds as I need to monitor my radio and be aware of my surroundings while I operate machinery. Don't want something super expensive because it's gonna get dirty as shit too
I'd appreciate any help I can get :)
I'm looking for a bluetooth speaker that has the best sound quality for under $100. I've been looking forever but I'm just having a hard time choosing. I've bumped into a few but I just don't know which to pick. I might bend my budget a bit to get one that is a little over $100 but unfortunately I can't do much more than that. I'm hoping to get some good suggestions here. Thank you!
I would like to here your recommendations for a solid bluetooth which is high in volume, but with a decent sound quality, should be kind of portable and somewhat under 100 €.
Portable, super loud, cheap
I’m looking to upgrade to a more reliable speaker with good sound quality and a long battery life. Portability is definitely important to me as well. Currently, I’m considering the Tribit Stormbox Pro ($90 with coupon on Amazon), but I’m open to any other recommendations.
Thank u!
I'm thinking clear sound quality and good bass. Like something that doesn't sound like crap even at high volumes.
Is flip 4 good for that price or is there a better one? I can go up to 130$ ~ 150$ dollars
yeah, flip 4 is terrible
Where are you buying from? Flip 4 is a good speaker but you can also buy other speakers that are around the same price, slightly larger and pack a lot more bass and loudness. Soundcore Motion Boom, Soundcore Rave Neo, Wking D8 to name a few.
If you want an idea of how these speakers sound see these videos:
Wking D8 https://youtu.be/EKd1JM0DBkc
Rave Neo https://youtu.be/Wzt2lJk4OlI
Motion Boom https://youtu.be/uuSyxzCUja8
Tribit Maxsound Plus https://youtu.be/RdbZv3ySmF4
Apart from the tribit the other speakers mentioned are in a larger size and sound category.
I am looking for a portable speaker around 150$ for coming around with me I want it to be pretty loud and have some good bass.
Hello,
Am looking for a bluetooth speaker (smallish mid-size). Use case is primarily listening to music at medium volume while working on a laptop, watching OTT content, movies when eating, and rarely using it outside. Priority features are decent sound quality, good battery life (at least 10+ hrs), a mic for calls, wifi and with Alexa, Google assistant would be plus but not a priority. Compact and decent/simple looking form factor (no RGB lighting etc.)
Here are the shortlisted options for under $100:
Marshall Emberton 2 ($95). Like the design and is at a good discount
Klipsch Nashville ($99), similar design like Emberton 2, and reviews say they're a bit better than Marshall overall
Flip 6 ($99). It's most recommended, but dont want a big bass since most usage will be in a room
Bose Sound Link Flex 2nd Gen ($99). Another great contender.
Apple beats pill ($98), coz why not.
Sony ULT Field 1 ($88) Decisions decisions!
I can increase the budget to about $150-170, if there are some really better options than the sub $100 mentioned above (and others that you think are good)
Ultimate Ears MEGABOOM 4 ($162)
Sonos Roam 2 ($143)
JBL Charge 5 ($140)
Tribit Stormbox Lava ($110)
Or for my use case, do you suggest I save some money and get the best out of the below (and any others) and be done with it:
EarFun UBOOM L ($48) the reddit guy here who has compared many, says this one is the best in this range
Tribit XSound Plus 2 ($56), probably the best Tribit has to offer for under $80-100 budget
Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 4 ($67), Rtings has these high rated
Soundcore Motion 300 ($54)
Sony Ult Field 1 ($88), touching 100$ I know.
Kindly advise which one should I go for or maybe give a choice between 2-3 best out of these. Whatever you think will be best for my use case and preference. TIA!
Hi!
I want to get a small bluetooth speaker, mainly to be used in my bedroom while plugged in, sometimes moved around (so non-portable isn't an option).
I will be using it a lot to play ambient sounds (such as rain), so it needs to have pretty crisp sound. On the other hand, I don't need it to be incredibly loud, or have the world's best bass (though it would be nice, but I am aware you can't have it all when on a budget).
I went to the local tech store today, and they had the Sony xb100 out for testing. But when I played my go-to "rain/thunderstorm outside" youtube clip, it sounded very... Bad? I can't describe it well, but it sounded almost muffled, very unrealistic. In comparison, when I play it directly on my phone, it sounds much more crisp, if I close my eyes it's almost like it's real rain outside.
Originally I was going to go for the xb100, because I also loved that it has a mic (I can integrate it into my smart home system), but this turned me off it, so I'm here looking for suggestions.
Please no smart speakers, I don't want an Alexa/Google Home/etc., I don't like them or use them.
Also, bonus points if available in blue (although that's obviously not a priority).
Lastly - if it matters (in terms of brand availability), I'm in Europe.
Any and all recommendations much appreciated <3
