Hi, I'm a new hire at Walmart, and I'm trying to get into the Me@Walmart app, but it's flat-out just not working.
I went through the "Candidate" sign-in and used my email and password from my application (like the instructions I got said), but the "Sign In" button isn't doing anything (and, after checking, doesn't seem to actually have any direction? like, no link attached?) If I close out of the window and hit the "Candidate" button again, it just opens a black screen (probably would be white in light mode, idk). My dad figured out that if I open the regular sign in, plug in my email and the store number, it fixes the page that opens in the "Candidate" button, but the "Sign In" button still doesn't do anything.
I figured I'd ask here before I go calling the helpline, since they'll probably stick me on hold for an hour.
Hi! I got hired a few days ago and I was told to download the me@walmart app to fill out a few things and it would tell me when my orientation starts. When I first downloaded it automatically logged me in. Now I have to enter an ID and password. I've tried my email and an ID I got when I first applied. It won't let me in though. Is there a certain ID I'm supposed to use? Thank you for any help!
I am so confused, why does Walmart have so many damn sites, they told me to get ready with Me@walmart for orientation. Is Me@walmart's login the same as Myworkday.
Follow up, WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? Myworkay is saying that I need to read the dress code, I did, AND NOTHING about it was the dress code, I'm freaking out man, I just want to have a job, this shit's too confusing
I was hired a couple days ago to a Walmart nearby. I completed all of the paperwork I was sent through email and now I'm trying to access the candidate portal through the app and I can't get any further than typing in my login info. I'll tap the sign in button and nothing happens. I've tried clearing cache, turning off power saving mode, and uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Is there another thing that I haven't tried yet that might get me through to the orientation info or should I just call the Walmart and explain that the app isn't working for me?
Its not letting mw sign in with my user ID and store number. Is my User ID my email that I used on my applicant form?
