Found a way to grab them myself. You can download the Windows 11 ISO (stable or insider builds), then extract the font file yourself (e.g. using 7-zip). sources\install.wim\1\Windows\Fonts\seguiemj.ttf I am running the "Segoe UI Emoji" font version 1.35 from Windows 11 Insider Preview build 22621. If anyone finds themselves wishing for a copy, feel free to reply/pm me. eta (29/03/22): As of insider build 25324, the font version is still 1.35. The file hashes match. u/aluckymuse found out is that the emoji picker is oblivious to the newly added emoji. Replacing the CTF Loader exe (Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe) with the one from W11 changes nothing. If anyone has any leads on this, please feel welcome to share. More on reddit.com

Easiest way is to extract the SVGs from the font via the "Character Map UWP" app. The font is Segoe UI Emoji, it should already be installed if you're running Windows 11.

A year later, Windows 11 emojis have gotten some updates, but there doesn't seem to be any place to find the updated seguiemj.ttf. Where can I download this, preferably without downloading Windows 11?

To answer your question, user1686 is correct. However, I don't believe that you have a corrupted emoji file. Considering how you have Windows 10, the last emoji update for Windows 10 was in 2019, while every new emoji update past that year is only supported in Windows 11.
