UPDATE guys it’s available right now October 4th (Amazon gift card) I didn’t want to be selfish so I went through my whole emails to find this thread I hope you are all also able to redeem 100% agree with Susan the fact that you wasted our time just to get people to use your browser over Google or safari when it’s not very good in the first place is misleading and unfair I didn’t want to press a bunch of useless buttons everyday but I did just like everyone else here we deserve the reward we chose you can’t lie to people just to get us to use our app then say “gift card out of stock” bro it’s literally digital? How do you run out a digital card it’s not even “stock” really is it

I've been waiting to cash out my points for 3 weeks now and they ARE still out of stock. y'all could literally get somebody to buy Amazon gift cards via an automated process and refill it easily with the search revenue I provide, but no, mods are lazy so that makes excuses. Get. Your. $h!t. Together. Microsoft. Or. I. Switch. To. Google.

For this, you can try to clear up the cache on the browser that you are using and you can also try an alternative browser to see if it will make a difference and if it will still be the same then you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you have encountered and my apologies as well as this is a user to user forum and therefore we do not have inside access to be able to cross check this from our end.

I have been inquiring about this through the Microsoft tab on Rewards page. It doesn't matter what time of day or night I try to cash in my Rewards for an Amazon gift card, it continues to say that the item is unavailable. The emails that I have been receiving from Microsoft re: ISSUE do not have any answers and keep me going around and around in circles. I am with all of you in this. What happened to the Amazon gift Card? Mine still shows the AMAZON GIFT CARD is available, but it is not.

Usually it will receive a confirmation email to your current Microsoft account email address 24 hours after redemption.
If you do not receive a redemption code, there is an option on this page to have a copy sent to an alternative email address.

Problem is this:
I go to Microsoft to redeem the egift card, but it has no instructions beyond that. IT has NO CODE to enter at AMZ. Where is the CODE??? Where is the email they send me?
I'll keep searching for an answer.
