I tried converting the office license from a retail one to a volume one and then activating the product. It was still yet unsuccessful but then I tried a third-party cmd based application and gave it my key, it said "Product activation successful" and I checked, it really was.
It was not reinstallation, as you said (Me trying not to be rude), however I just want to know if in case that is violation of the product. And please tell me if volume licenses are not Microsoft-certified?

Hi, both Office Professional Plus 2019 and Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 are volume based licences and cannot be legally sold on the internet as perpetual versions in contravention of the Microsoft licence. And using these version contravenes the licence.
