Both my wife and I have Mous cases. Both are now broken on the back of iphone 13's. The glass by the camera, and entire back of the phone is shattered. I think the cases are trash... I've had maybe 6 different iphones over the years and literally never had any impacts do this - the previous phones being owned during a time when bars were frequented... I just switched to a new iPhone and I’m thinking of good cases/screen guards to get. The most popular one is mous, but it’s either the reviews are very good or really bad. Are their cases worth it? And if not, which other brand can you guys recommend?

They are good but if you like more slim cases, you won’t like Mous. Pretty thick

If you mean one of the magsafe ones, I really liked how the mous case on my 8 pro felt--I had the thin one and it was minimal and felt great. I have the 9 pro XL now, and I got the thin mous magsafe case again, but because the phone design is so boxy with a case it just feels so much more bulky in the hand. And this is with the "thin" case... I think the case is fine but I do think the ~$50 price has a bit of sticker shock, and I just wasn't ready for how much more bulky the 9 series would be in general with a case on (but I don't know that there's much to do about that). In the past I have also just gotten a regular case and then applied a compatible adhesive ring to the back of the case. If it wasn't for the fact that I had google store credit I probably would have done that again instead of paying for these $50 cases again. But, again, I don't think the mous case is bad by any means.
